TransCity managed our two Maricopa rental properties for over 17 years. We sold the properties last year. We live out of state and were unable to personally keep an eye on our homes and screen prospective tenants. TransCity professionally took care of this for us. Through timely emails and phone calls their property managers and rental brokers assist owners with the rental process, property maintenance and tenant issues. They provided us a great service.
Transcity was the property management company for a house we were renting. During our time with them we ran into a few issues with the house and Transcity was quick to respond and address them. Everyone we talked to was always professional and personable.

Great management company. I’ve been with them for 5 years and they turn units well, vet out tenants well, handle yur taxes, take care of any problems. Since I went with them I’ve almost forgot about my condo, because they handle everything top to bottom.
